mano.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Lavorare con energia fino a quando l\u2019impasto sar\u00e0 liscio ed elastico.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Otteniamo una forma rettangolare, avvolgiamo il panetto con carta forno e conserviamo in frigorifero.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Impasto il Panetto<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li block;\">Mettere il burro freddo fra due fogli di carta forno, prendere un matterello e battere con energia il panetto di burro nella carta forno, fino a quando non diventer\u00e0 morbido.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Fate attenzione deve restare plastico ma non deve diventare &quot;a pomata&quot;, dopodich\u00e9 mettilo nella planetaria con il gancio a foglia e con la farina e impastare a bassa velocit\u00e0 per fare amalgamare l\u2019impasto.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Prendere due fogli di carta forno e trasferire l\u2019impasto ottenuto, appiattire con il mattarello, dovr\u00e0 avere uno spessore di 1 cm, formare un panetto avvolgilo in carta forno e conserva in frigo 1 ora.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Preparazione della sfoglia<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Prendere il panetto dal frigo, spezzettare il burro e metterlo in planetaria, utilizzare il gancio a foglia, impastare velocemente l\u2019impasto si deve compattare e risultare plastico.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Prendere due fogli di carta forno metterci il panetto ottenuto, modellare per avere una forma rettangolare e conservare in frigo fino al momento del suo prossimo utilizzo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Spolverare leggermente con la farina la spianatoia, stendi il pastello con il mattarello fino ad ottenere una forma rettangolare.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Prendere dal frigo il Panetto e metterlo al centro del pastello, appiattire con le mani fino a portarlo dello stesso spessore del pastello.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Ripiegare le due estremit\u00e0 laterali in modo che il panetto venga coperto completamente, lasciando i due lati in alto e in basso aperti.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Stendi con il mattarello nel senso dei due lati aperti, portando la sfoglia ad uno spessore di circa 1,5 cm.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Piegatura<\/h4><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Adesso iniziamo a fare le pieghe, tenendo sempre chiusi i lati a destra e sinistra e fare la piega a 3:<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">porta un&#8217;estremit\u00e0 verso il centro del rettangolo. Prendi l&#8217;altra estremit\u00e0 e richiudila sull&#8217;altra, in modo da ottenere 3 strati in tutto.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-3-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Girare la sfoglia in modo da avere i due lati chiusi a destra e a sinistra. Stendi con il mattarello portando l&#8217;impasto ad uno spessore di circa 1,5 cm, sempre nella direzione delle aperture.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-3-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Adesso eseguiamo la piega a 4: piegare le due estremit\u00e0 verso il centro e chiudi a libro. Prendere la pellicola alimentare, avvolgete il panetto ottenuto e conservare in frigo per almeno 1 ora.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-342-step-3-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Prendere la spianatoia leggermente spolverizzata di farina, prendere l\u2019impasto dal frigo e posizionatela con i due lati chiusi siano a destra e sinistra e fare la piega a 3 e a 4.  E ripetere i passaggi della piega 3 e della piega 4.
