Occorre un po\u2019 di tempo per le decorazioni, potete farvi aiutare dai vostri bambini per far i fiorellini o piccoli dettagli, altrimenti potete\u00a0\u00a0stupirli decorando voi l\u2019uovo di cioccolato, ricordo che per ottenere un buon cioccolato non basta scioglierlo ma occorre temperarlo, questo il procedimento.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Le temperature indicate nei due procedimenti si riferiscono al cioccolato fondente, per il cioccolato al latte e quello bianco le cioccolato fuso, mantenendo al  caldo il cioccolato restante, utilizzando delle spatole far raffreddare rapidamente il cioccolato stendendolo e poi riunendolo con movimenti ampi e veloci. Il cioccolato deve raggiorndere la temperatura di 28-29\u00b0 .<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Recuperare il cioccolato freddo in una ciotola, aggiungere il cioccolato restante mantenuto al caldo e controllare che la temperatura sia 30-31\u00b0.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Ora il cioccolato \u00e8 pronto per essere versato negli stampi.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Secondo procedimento<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Preparare due recipienti contenenti una acqua fredda, l\u2019altra acqua calda che serviranno successivamente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria, fino a raggiungere la temperatura di 50-55\u00b0.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Raffreddare il cioccolato mescolando velocemente, immergendo la ciotola nell&#039;acqua fredda fino a 28-29\u00b0, poi immergere la ciotola nell&#039;acqua calda fino riportare il cioccolato a 30-31\u00b0.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Preparazione dei gusci<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Versare il cioccolato fuso negli stampi senza riempirli completamente, capovolgerli e appoggiarli su una bacinella per alimenti in plastica lasciandoli sospesi e recuperando il cioccolato in eccesso nella bacinella.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Passati circa 10 minuti pareggiare i bordi con un coltello. Completare il raffreddamento in frigorifero (ci vorrano circa 2 ore) quando lo stampo si presenter\u00e0 &quot;opalino&quot; il cioccolato si sar\u00e0 staccato e indurito.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-3-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Capovolgere delicatamente gli stampi sul piano di lavoro e con un leggero tocco far fuoriuscire i gusci.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Assemblaggio dell&#039;uovo e inserimento della sorpresa<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-4-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sistemare un disco di metallo (utilizzate la base liscia di uno stampo per torte) su una pentola d\u2019acqua calda in modo da riscaldarlo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-281-step-4-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mi raccomando!!!! Se dovete inserire una sorpresa questo \u00e8 il momento buono!
